At the Johannishof winery , located in the picturesque Rheingau region, we are known for our consistent focus on quality and precise work methods. With deep respect for nature and the special location of our vineyards, especially the famous single vineyard " Hölle ," we dedicate ourselves intensively to the care of our Riesling vines . Through selective hand-harvesting and the combination of modern and traditional vinification methods, such as spontaneous fermentation , we are able to produce wines of exceptional quality and unique character.
